Facebook plans to bring Messenger and Instagram messages to a new app to manage the pages of small businesses.
The company's COO Shirley Sandberg shared this information in a blog post. With this app called Facebook Business Suite, small traders can know the messages, alerts and notifications of the buyers in one place. It even has plans to add WhatsApp in the future. In addition, the app can be used to give small business posts on Facebook and Instagram together.
According to Verge, the tool is currently for small businesses, but in the future, Facebook plans to open it to be used in large businesses.
